Other things to note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.

The Neighborhood

he apartment is located at Atria Residences in Business Bay, near to Downtown Dubai. Downtown area is a vital region with a wide array of activities to do starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at the fancy “Dubai mall” which is only a short drive away from the apartment and where you can also visit the stunning Aquarium and underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa and enjoy the views.

You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.

Getting Around
The Apartment is a short distance away from Business Bay metro station where you can get around the City smoothly, or you may always hail an RTA taxi to move around the city easily. Uber and Careem are the most commonly used methods of transportation.
