Featuring an astonishing Skyscrapers view, this breathtaking apartment will exceed your expectations for an exceptional staycation in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Moreover, you will enjoy its cozy and elegant style giving you the perfect harmony for your relaxing getaway.
Living area
You will be stunned by the view seen from the balcony lounge area, featuring the iconic Dubai skyscrapers! The lounge area features an L-shape comfy sofa, two lounge chairs with a coffee table, all of which are situated in front of a large flat-screen television where you can enjoy watching your favorite movie.
Dining area
The dining area features a dining table and chairs for six persons where you can devour all of your home-cooked meals.
Kitchen
The semi-open kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
This elegantly styled Master bedroom features a king-size bed and two bedside tables with lampshades. Moreover, it has a balcony featuring the astonishing skyscrapers view connecting both the Bedroom and living room together.
Bathroom
An en-suite bathroom has both a large bathtub and a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Gym, Shared Swimming pool.

We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once every 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions.
The neighborhood
The downtown area is a vital region with so many different activities to do starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at the fancy “Dubai mall” which is only a four-minute drive away and where you can also visit the stunning Aquarium and underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa.
You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, Pubs, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.
The Apartment is a short cab ride away from the metro station, where you can get around the City smoothly and Dubai International Airport is 15 kilometers away from the apartment.
