Located in a sought-after location within a short driving distance from Downtown’s iconic attractions, such as the famous Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world and the dancing fountain, this apartment is the perfect spot for adventure enthusiasts.
The Space
The lounge area is elegantly styled, featuring a large comfy sofa, a coffee table and a TV, where you can enjoy a relaxing movie night with your loved one.
The living area is furnished with pleasant sunlight coming from the floor to ceiling windows to stir your feelings and uplift your mood.
The balcony has a cozy outdoor seating area with a table and four chairs featuring an incredible city view, where you can relax after a long day.
The dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to six persons, where you may devour your home cooked meals.
The apartment’s superior semi-American style kitchen is fully fitted with the essentials needed for a seamless stay including a coffee machine and a microwave for your convenience.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom embodies the same uncluttered urban design with hints of warmth in the delicate furnishings. Featuring a king-sized bed, voguish side tables, and lamp lighting, this elegant room embodies everything you need for a sleep-filled night.
It also offers an en suite bathroom for utmost privacy with a sink, a walk-in shower unit and a bathtub with premium finishings.
The two other bedrooms with an equally elegant design, each features a Queen-sized bed with premium bedding. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower unit, a sink and a toilet.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.

Getting Around
Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes, and for the more adventurous traveler, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
