Description
Wake up to a magical view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai fountain featured from the balcony of this amazing 3BR apartment. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, with easy access to Dubai Mall and many other attractions in Downtown. The apartment is lying on a high floor, where you’ll get to enjoy a luxurious stay with the ultimate contemporary style.
The Space
This up-scale lounge area features a large comfy sofa with two accompanying lounge chairs, and a coffee table, where you’ll enjoy watching your favorite show on the large screen TV in the lounge area. The balcony features an amazing skyscraper and Burj Khalifa view with a cozy outdoor seating area.
The elegant dining area features a table and chairs for 6 people, where you’ll devour your home-cooked meals, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances including a toaster, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bedroom with its amazing views.
The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll also have access to a built-in wardrobe.
An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and a basin.
The second & third bedrooms with similar elegant style feature a king-sized bed in each bedroom, and each also has an en-suite bathroom with rain-shower facilities.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once every 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions.
The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the Downtown Dubai area, it’s also a stone's throw away from the famous Dubai Mall. The downtown area is a vital region with a wide array of activities to be done, starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at Dubai mall, where you can also visit the stunning Aquarium, and underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa.
You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.
Getting Around
Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style, and for the more adventurous traveler, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
