This one-bedroom apartment is a sleek, contemporary Dubai dwelling, perfectly reflecting the modernity and style of the city’s surroundings. The lounge area, is furnished with a comfy sofa, TV, and dining table to seat four comfortably. The apartment’s kitchen is fully fitted with all the essentials for a seamless stay.
The balcony has a cozy outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy a nice breeze while watching the sunset and enjoying Dubai’s iconic skyscrapers view.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom embodies the same uncluttered urban design with hints of warmth in the delicate furnishings and stunning views. Featuring a king-sized bed, voguish side tables, and modern lamp lighting, this elegant room embodies everything you need for a sleep-filled night. It also offers an en suite bathroom for utmost privacy with a sink and a bathtub with premium finishings.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once every 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions.

When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
