If I could give 6/5 stars I would! This place was really nice and exceeded my expectations. In addition to the listing, there's actually 2 balconies (one in the main bedroom and one adjacent to the dining room), there's 3 bathrooms (a full bathroom in each bathroom and a half bath in the common area, and there's actually a decent view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain / Dubai Mall from one corner of the living room. The unit was clean, well equipped, well located, and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Dubai. Out of all the Airbnb options in downtown Dubai I'm very happy I selected this one. Check-in and checkout was super easy, the host was always keen to answer any questions, overall this was a very good experience!

من أجمل الاماكن اللي سكنت فيها انا و عائلتي و الاكيد اني برجع احجز نفس المكان بكل مرة ازور دبي. الملاحظة البسيطة فقط هذة الفترة فيه اعمال بناء بجوار المبنى فالصوت مزعج قليلًًا في الصباح. لكن هذا ماله علاقة ابدًا في المسكن. نظافة المكان ماشاء الله. نسsee more

The Space
The contemporary style lounge area features a large comfy sofa with an accompanying lounge chair, and a coffee table situated across a large HD television.
The elegant dining table is situated next to the balcony to seat up to 4 people.
The semi-American style kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances to include a toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll have access to a walk-in closet.
Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony with its amazing views.
An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed having an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool.

Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.
The Neighborhood
The downtown area is a vital region with so many different activities to do starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at the fancy “Dubai mall” which is a short distance away and where you can also visit stunning Aquarium, underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa.
You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.
Getting Around
You can always hail an RTA taxi to move around the city easily. The Apartment is a short cab ride away from the metro station, where you can get around the city smoothly and Dubai International Airport is around 15.5 kilometers away from the apartment.
