The Space
A nicely furnished apartment with curated pieces that perfectly reflect Dubai’s chic modernity within the comfort of a 5-star home. The impressive living space is created by a modern interior. This space is equipped with an L- shaped sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV, and a dining table to seat three persons.
The balcony features an outdoor comfy seating area with a stunning city & Skyscrapers view.
With a contemporary style, the thoughtfully designed kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster for your convenience.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom embodies the same uncluttered urban design with hints of warmth in the delicate furnishings and stunning views. Featuring a king-sized bed, voguish side tables, and modern lamp lighting, this elegant room embodies everything you need for a sleep-filled night.
The bathroom with premium finishings features a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and a sink.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool.
Interaction with Guests
All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions.
The Neighborhood
Downtown Dubai is the dynamic hub of this burgeoning young city, filled with the region’s biggest and the world’s greatest attractions such as The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Getting Around
Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style, and for the more adventurous traveler, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
