The space
A luxury property containing custom-built high-end furniture and unique lighting features throughout. The living space contains a sofa to seat more than four people with an accompanying lounge chair, a wall mounted TV, and a dining table to seat six. Guests are treated to a fully furnished balcony with both formal seating and sun loungers. The kitchen features stunning marble counter-tops and splashboard with dark wood cabinetry, that comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances to include a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine for your convenience.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom offers a generous well-lit space, furnished with a premium King-sized bed dressed in top-end bedding and bedside tables with lamp lighting. Guests will have access to a built-in wardrobe for all of their holiday essentials and more. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a plunge-tub, double basins and a large walk-in shower unit and a separate toilet unit along with a well-lit mirrors and ample space for toiletries.

The Second Bedroom is equipped with premium queen-sized bed and bedding, mood lighting and en- suite bathroom with rain shower facilities.

It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the famous ‘Atlantis, the Palm with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.
Getting around

The Neighborhood
Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is where everything comes together: water sports, shopping, international dining, live entertainment, working out and hanging back.
The Marina stretches more than 3 km long and is encircled by a palm lined and landscaped promenade, a favorite among strollers, walkers, joggers and cyclists. Along the waterfront are numerous restaurants and cafés or you could jump on a yacht for the day and sail around the Palm Jumeirah, or a Dhow boat for dinner. The Marina has its own mall with over 130 shops, a supermarket and a six-screen cinema. Immerse yourself in a culinary experience at Pier 7, a signature building that offers a new adventure in fine dining, with a contrast in tastes, presentation, ambience and style on every floor.
JBR is a beachfront promenade set around 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian touch. It’s vibrant and family friendly with plenty of places to sit, have a shisha and watch the sunset over the Arabian Gulf. There are loads of activities to keep the kids entertained, including a splash pad, beachfront playground, train ride and mini fare ground with games and prizes. Hop on a camel and take a tour of the shoreline or sweat it out in The Beach’s outdoor gym. Check out local artisans at The Beach market or grab some VIP tickets to the movies for a quiet night out. Alternatively, you can always hail an RTA taxi to get you to the Mall of the Emirates in 15 minutes, Ibn Battuta Mall in 7 minutes or The Palm Jumeirah in 10 minutes.
